The sMAP Symposium 2023 with We-Spark took place at the University of Windsor from November 3 to 4, 2023. The weekend began with a lab crawl to promote networking and familiarize students and faculty with ongoing projects in the University of Windsor labs. The following day, students could attend several talks given by professionals, such as “Contact-aware sensing for aging-in-place and point-of-care applications” and “Development of Clinical Tools to Guide Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoporosis in Older Adults.” sMAP student trainees also had the opportunity to showcase their work during the poster presentation portion of the weekend.
